We are employed by private landlords and property managing agents who manage commercial and residential properties. Self Issue Parking Charge Notices

We supply a parking enforcement service that can be operated by you the customer on any site in the UK. This involves the issue of a parking charge notice to an illegally parked vehicle on private land. This service can be operated in any car park/parking area as a substitute to wheel clamping. As the client you’re in control of who to issue the notice to by sending us a duplicate copy of the ticket for us to enforce. If you make a mistake you can cancel the parking ticket at any point. Step 2 - Display our warning notices in your problem area

You must display our warning signs prominently where you wish to issue parking charge notices. Signs can be amended to display different restrictions such as: Permit Holders Only, No Parking at Any Time, Customers & Staff Only, Disabled Badge Holders Only, Loading & Unloading Only or Customised Text.

Step 3 - Issue permits to legitimate users of your land if required

To assist you in the identification of offenders anti-copy holographic parking permits are available as part of our kits.

Step 4 - Fill out the blank fields on the Parking Charge Notice (PCN): make, model, registration number etc. and attatch it to the vehicle in a waterproof sleeve (supplied).

Step 5 - Send us the yellow carbon copy of the notice in the envelope provided

We will process the charge and follow through with any necessary legal action against the registered owner.

Flashpark

This is the latest online technology hat allows you to issue instant Parking Charge Notices to an illegally parked car by sending us a photo of the vehicle in its offending position. This is a free service and can be operated at any location in the UK. All you have to do is create an account to enable you to issue parking tickets. Once you have signed up you will be required to purchase the warning signs which need to be displayed in prominent locations around the parking area. The signs form a contract between you and the motorist, who must abide by the terms and conditions. Failure to do so will result with the driver being issued with a parking charge notice. To do that simply take a photo of the vehicle and upload onto our website, we will then serve the notice by post. Wheel clamping - Car Clamping Services

How it works: At first we send our operative to meet you onsite. They will supply and erect warning signs in agreed prominent locations making drivers aware of the parking penalty. All staff we employ have a licence issued by the security industry authority. Once the signs are on display the clamping service can commence. There are two types of service:

Call out only – As the name implies we will only respond to an illegally parked vehicle on your request. You will be required to call the control room with the make and model of the offender so we can dispatch the nearest unit. Once the car is clamped the operative will provide and fix a warning notice to the windscreen informing the driver the vehicle is clamped and advises of the release procedure. This can be done by paying online or by credit card at the vehicle. We do not accept cash payments.
Random patrol - Our operatives will make regular random patrols and identify any vehicle not displaying the correct parking permit. Parking permits are available from our online store and can be tailor made to each site. You can add the vehicle registration, name of the site , and the expiry date.

All wheel clamping companies that offer a clamping service must have a licence issued by the SIA, copies of our licences are available on request.
